The members of the discipinary commission of a public university and its chairman are appointed by the rector from among the academic community. One half of the members of the disciplinary commission consists of students. The Disciplinary Commission deals with disciplinary offences of students studying in all bachelor, master and PhD study programmes at other constituent parts of the university.
