Časopis Acta Polytechnica CTU Proceedings
This is a new CTU scientific journal for publishing proceedings of conferences organized or jointly organized by the University. Its first issue will be individually indexed for Scopus and for Compendex. The aim is to achieve within a two-year period an evaluation of the whole journal for the Scopus database. Acta Polytechnica CTU Proceedings is published in electronic form, and in printed form, on request, in consultation with the conference organization team. Individual sets of proceedings can receive not only the ISSN assigned to them but also their own ISBN, which will enable them, if required, to apply to be included in Web of Science.
ISSN 2336-5382 (online)
is a reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Civil Engineering of CTU, together with the Faculty of Civil Engineering of VUT Brno, the Faculty of Civil Engineering of VŠB TU Ostrava and the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians Working in the Construction Industry.

Bulletin of Applied Mechanics
The aim and scope of the Bulletin of Applied Mechanics is to convey scientific progress in applied mechanics to those concerned with application of this knowledge for the engineering practice. It addresses itself primarily to students, teachers, as well as to mechanical, civil and biomedical engineers involved in the study and practical application of mechanics. The Bulletin publishes original contributions in the field of experimental and numerical mechanics, mechanics of materials, biomechanics and review articles by experts on new developments in theoretical mechanics and advances in experimental techniques. An important aim of the Bulletin is to achieve a balance between academic material and practical applications.
Journal of Middle European Construction and Design of Cars - MECCA
CTU in Prague and the Josef Božek Research Centre publish MECCA, a new specialist journal dealing with the construction of motor vehicles. The aim of the journal is to inform the international specialized public about the state of research and development of motor vehicles and internal combustion engines in the Central European countries.
Clinician and Technology Journal
Clinician and Technology is the oldest regularly appearing specialist journal dealing with new findings in research, development, production and implementation of medical technology. Since 1970, it has been publishing popular scientific articles and reviewed papers by Czech and foreign authors, who present topical and newly-discovered information in the field of medical technology. The mission of the journal is to present these findings especially to medical doctors and to non-medical technicians employed in medical facilities, to students of specializing in health care, and to other health-care workers.
The specialist texts are reviewed by leading experts in the field, and are supplemented with original documentary photogaphs. There is a section on methods in biomedical engineering aimed at young people starting out in biomedical engineering and in working with biomedical technology. In this section, the reader can find out about specific techniques and methods used in biomedical engineering.
The journal is registered in the following international indexes: SCOPUS, EMBASE/Excerpta Medica (Elsevier), IndexCopernicus, and Bibliographia Medica Cechoslovaca.
Since 2008, The Clinician and Technology is jointly published by the Association of Biomedical Engineering and Medical Informatics of the Czech Medical Association of J.E. Purkyně (SBMILI ČLS JEP) and the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague
Neural Network World
The Neural Network World journal was founded in 1991. It is a bimonthly Scientific journal published since July 2013 by the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Transportation Sciences and by the Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The submitted contributions are subject to the reviewing process. With respect to an extremely rapid development in the area of brainscience, non-standard computing and artificial intelligence, the editorial board strives for the fastest possible publication of submitted contributions.
Aims and Scope is: brain science; theory and application of neural networks (both artificial and natural); fuzzy-neural systéme; methods and application of evolutionary algorithms; methods of parallel and mass-parallel computing; problems of soft-computing; methods of artificial intelligence.
This journal is monitored in the following Thomson Scientific Indexes: Science Citation Index Expanded (also known as SciSearch), CompuMath Citation Index, Current Contents/Engineering Computing and Technology, Neuroscience Citation Index and Elsevier Index: Scopus Citation Index (from 1994).
