CTU journals are aimed at informing about scientific, pedagogical and other activities of CTU in Prague. They inform about the results of science and research and their content supports cooperation between the university and the private sector. The journals are listed in the List of peer-reviewed non-impacted periodicals published in the Czech Republic , listed in international indexes, e.g. Scopus and have the appropriate ISSN.
Acta Polytechnica Journal
is a peer-reviewed scientific journal of CTU. The subtitle Journal of Advanced Engineering specifies the journal's focus on original contributions from engineering disciplines as well as mathematics and physics. Since volume 51/2011, the journal is indexed by the Scopus database. Since volume 56/2016, its content can be found in the Web of Science database in the ESCI edition. Furthermore, the content of the journal is indexed by the Inspec, DOAJ and EBSCO databases, and selected articles are indexed in the CAS database.
Acta Polytechnica is published only in electronic form from 2022.

Acta Polytechnica CTU Proceedings
is a peer-reviewed scientific journal of CTU, focused on publishing proceedings of conferences organized or co-organized by the university. Acta Polytechnica CTU Proceedings is published in electronic form, in printed form on request, upon agreement with the conference organizing team. Individual proceedings have their own ISBN in addition to the ISSN. Selected proceedings are indexed in the proceedings collection of the Web of Science database. The entire proceedings series is indexed by the Scopus database as of 2020.

Journal of Middle European Construction and Design of Cars - MECCA
MECCA is a scientific journal published by the CTU in Prague. The abbreviation stands for Journal of Middle European Construction and Design of Cars, which defines the scope of the journal more precisely - MECCA covers a wide spectrum of transport topics, vehicles, combustion engines and safety.
Our aim is to be a high-quality multi-disciplinary journal publishing the results of basic research and also applied research. We place emphasis on the quality of all published papers. The journal should also serve as a bridge between basic research in natural sciences and applied research in all technical disciplines.
We are happy to accept the high-quality papers by researchers from the international scientific Community as well as innovative research results published by young researchers or by postdoctoral fellows.

Clinician and Technology Journal
is the oldest regularly published professional journal focused on new findings in research, development, production and application of technology in healthcare. Since 1970, it has been publishing popular scientific and peer-reviewed papers by Czech and foreign authors presenting current and newly acquired knowledge in the field of medical technology. The mission of the journal is to present these findings especially to physicians and technical non-medical staff working in medical institutions, students of medical disciplines and other healthcare professionals.
The articles are peer-reviewed by leading experts in the field. The periodical has been assigned ISSN 0301-5491 and is listed in the international indexes SCOPUS, EMBASE/Excerpta Medica (Elsevier), IndexCopernicus and Bibliographia Medica Cechoslovaca. Neural Network World
The Neural Network World journal was founded in 1991. It is a bimonthly Scientific Journal published since July 2013 by the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Transportation Sciences and by the Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The submitted contributions are subject to the reviewing process. With respect to an extremely rapid development in the area of brainscience, non-standard computing and artificial intelligence, the editorial board strives for the fastest possible publication of submitted contributions.
Aims and Scope is: brain science; theory and application of neural networks (both artificial and natural); fuzzy-neural systéme; methods and application of evolutionary algorithms; methods of parallel and mass-parallel computing; problems of soft-computing; methods of artificial intelligence.
