Doctorandus Prize for Innovation was Awarded to CTU
Stepan Obdrzalek from the Department of
Cybernetics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering of CTU has been awarded
the prestigious Česká hlava DOCTORANDUS prize for innovative research work.
Stepan Obdrzalek has developed and implemented the idea of a real-time object recognition method exploiting the so-called decision-measurement tree. Stepan Obdržálek’s results have made a significant contribution to the collaboration between the Department of Cybernetics and Toyota on the Safe Car Project.
