On the occasion of the CTU 300th anniversary, the title Doctor honoris causa
of the Czech Technical University in Prague was awarded to Stuart E. Graham, Josef Kittler, and Vaclav Klaus.

DOCTORANDUS prize for innovative research work.
Honeywell Nobel Initiative in association with CTU in Prague presented a lecture
of Nobel Physics laureate Dr. Horst L. Störmer SMALL WONDERS - THE WORLD OF NANOSCIENCE.
An innovative structure of the combustion engine based on straight-line movement transformed into electrical power is under development at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague.
On May 16, 2006, Dr. Shoichiro Toyoda, promoter of the Toyota Motor Corp., received an honorary doctorate from the Czech Technical University in Prague, CR.
