Prague is a marvellous city and offers a great deal for students. In particular, it is inexpensive for foreign students. The city itself is, without any doubt, the greatest asset of the university. The city centre is only a few minutes away from the main campus, while most of the other parts of the university are located right in the city centre.

We want foreign students to gain a rich experience through taking technical courses and living in Prague. The International Student Club organises a Buddy Program, a system of active help offered by Czech students for all international students. ISC, in collaboration with the International Office, organises an Orientation Week. This is a welcome week for foreign students full of trips, presentations and parties, in which administrative procedures are completed and incoming students settle in. During the semester, ISC organises excursions, sports tournaments etc., and also its prizewinning informal language courses.
